Bridging the Gap: How to Work Collaboratively with Any Generation (NEW DATE!)

We often fail to get to know the different generations because we’re too busy stereotyping. Stereotypes can be one-dimensional and are often negative, so they get in the way of understanding another person. This lack of empathy often leads to clash points around collaboration, communication, work ethic and more. Understanding these clash points helps avoid misunderstandings because it identifies how and why each generation sees the world as they do.

By putting on the generational lens you can begin to understand what life experiences, values or expectations have shaped a generation’s perspective and why they may see things differently from the way you do.

Objectives for this Generational Diversity session will be to:

  • Break down generational stereotypes
  • Explore how generations communicate, clash and connect
  • Walk away with a deeper understanding of all generations
  • Have fun

Who should attend? Everyone who works amongst different generations. Extremely beneficial to all levels and titles.
