Scott W. Braley FAIA leads Braley Consulting & Training, an Atlanta-based practice focused on serving the design and construction industry in areas of: strategy, leadership, management, marketing, project management/delivery and ownership transition. Founded in 1987, the firm’s core services are: consulting, training, facilitation, assessments/surveys and coaching.
Braley is a long-time active member of SMPS, most recently he served as a member of the SMPS Foundation Board. Scott is an internationally recognized expert in areas of enterprise strategy, leadership and strategic marketing/business development. He has consulted with literally hundreds of A/E/C firms throughout North America, many with offices in other countries. During 30 years of private/corporate A/E/C practice he served in key leadership roles including Unit/Office Leader and ultimately Managing Principal in an international firm that ranked in the ENR “Top 40.” As a classic “Seller/Doer,” he personally managed projects representing more than $2.0 billion in built/in-place construction.
