Good intentions are only part of the solution to implement diversity on a company level, it must make good business sense as well. Why should a company ensure everyone is comfortable in their work environment, especially marginalized groups of people in a white-dominated field? Why should we take action to help change the statistics of the AEC industry? What does “diversity and inclusion” even mean?
Are you interested in creating a DEI committee at your own firm to transform not only in your office, but also your community and influence this industry? Join us for a panel discussion with GPI’s Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging leaders, who have developed a strategic DEI program and are actively working to foster a sense of belonging in their organization for each employee. In this session, they will cover the importance of getting buy-in from the top and including different voices to take the next step towards change.
All proceeds will be donated to The National Leadership Conference.
