InDesign Workshop: Beyond the Basics

Calling all InDesigners! We are bringing back our popular intermediate-level InDesign Workshop and invite you to refine your expertise with better work flow and new skills. Our training session, provided by instructors with United Training, will review some of the topics covered in previous trainings and include some new topics.

The workshop will take place over 2 days from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on January 20-21, 2021.

This digital classroom-style, interactive course will allow each attendee to follow along with a trained instructor. Your registration fee will cover the purchase of one InDesign textbook with topics covering intermediate level skills.

Topics will include: formatting character and paragraph styles,  importing styles form Microsoft Word, creating document sections, creating layout versions, building a table of contents, and linking content.

Cancellation Policy: If you can no longer attend an event, we encourage you to find a substitution; substitutions are welcome at any time. Full refunds will be granted if cancellation is made within 72 hours of the start time. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Email smpsboston@smpsboston.org for substitution or refund requests.

We use PayPal as our payment processor. However, you will have the option to use a credit card or debit card for payment. You do not have to have a PayPal account to register and pay for an event. When checking out you will have to choose PayPal as the payment method. However, on the next screen you’ll see the option to pay with a debit card or credit card.
