New Member Event & Cornhole Tournament

We’re putting the welcome mat out, so get your throwing arm ready! The annual Cornhole Tournament is back to welcome SMPS Boston’s newest members. Whether you’re a current, new, or prospective SMPS Boston member, join us at Ned Devine’s on Wednesday, May 8th for an evening of food, drink, networking, and friendly competition.

Boston’s New Member Event is a casual night featuring our annual tradition of a fierce and friendly Cornhole Tournament. Get ready to sling beanbags and proudly display your Cornhole plaque while basking in competitive glory at work the next day.

  • New members – We want to welcome you and if you’ve joined in the past year (between 5/8/2018-5/8/2019), this event is absolutely FREE.
  • Prospective members – Check out what SMPS Boston is all about while networking with other A/E/C professionals.
  • Existing members – Come warmly welcome SMPS Boston’s newest additions to our awesome organization, enjoy some food and drink, and bond over mastering new Cornhole skills.

Prospective members are free if accompanied by a paying member!

Cancellation Policy: If you can no longer attend an event, we encourage you to find a substitution; substitutions are welcome at any time. Full refunds will be granted if cancellation is made within 72 hours of the start time. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Email smpsboston@smpsboston.org for substitution or refund requests.

We use PayPal as our payment processor. However, you will have the option to use a credit card or debit card for payment. You do not have to have a PayPal account to register and pay for an event. When checking out you will have to choose PayPal as the payment method. However, on the next screen you’ll see the option to pay with a debit card or credit card.
