Rise and Lead: Adapting to the “New Normal” in 2021 with Agile Marketing

2020 was a year of (don’t say it!) unprecedented change! Before the 1st quarter had even wrapped, marketing plans, revenue forecasts, and business strategies were largely rendered obsolete. Marketing leaders scrambled to respond appropriately (and effectively) to the global pandemic and the ensuing economic fallout. While agile marketing—an iterative approach inspired by software developers—has long had its proponents, the uncertainty of the future and the volatility of the economy in a post-COVID-19 world is pushing marketers in virtually every industry to take a hard look at the benefits of adopting an agile approach.

In this session, we’ll take a closer look at the “what” and “why” of agile marketing. We’ll explore fundamental ways that A/E/C marketing leaders can leverage the power of an agile marketing approach to make their efforts more sustainable and effective in an ever-shifting economy.
