Summer Walking Tour – Seaport

This walking tour is one you surely won’t want to miss! The rapidly expanding Seaport district in Boston is constantly showcasing the newest architectural designs, filled with luxury apartments, new hotel accommodations, and the latest and greatest retail stores and restaurants for all to enjoy. We will hit the highlights and discover what the future holds for this bustling area. See below our current tour schedule.

  • Parcel K: This mixed-use development, designed by Arrowstreet, totals approximately 500,000 square feet and when complete, will include a 12-story residential building containing 304 rental apartment residences and a 12-story Hyatt Place hotel with 294 rooms. The apartment building will feature a rooftop pool, clubroom, and terrace, and the hotel building will feature a rooftop fitness room and pool. Stephen Owens, Project Manager at Suffolk Construction, Brian Regan, Senior Project Manager at Suffolk Construction, and Greg Triplet, Senior Associate at Arrowstreet, will lead us on a tour as we explore all that Parcel K has to offer.
  • Trillium Brewing Company: Finishing up with a refreshing beverage at Trillium Brewery, it will be time to discuss, network, and wind down.

Meeting location is 212 Northern Ave, Fish Pier East Building, Suite 300, Boston, MA 02210. Ticket prices include a drink ticket and appetizers.
