BETA is seeking an organized individual to support our marketing and business development teams located in our Lincoln, RI office with the production of the firm’s responses to requests for proposals/qualifications. This administrative role will require participation in RFP kickoff meetings with technical staff; assistance with gathering content; and print production/assembly of materials required for winning proposals.
Experience in the architecture/engineering/construction industry is a plus, but not required. The right candidate will have an eye for detail, strong writing/copy editing skills, and a proactive nature.

Main Responsibilities Include:
Proposal development including writing, organization, editing, layout, print production, and delivery
Marketing asset organization including staff resumes, project case studies, and other resources
Assistance with design of boards, PowerPoint presentations, and other interview materials
Industry research as directed by the Marketing team
Assistance with event registration, coordinating check requests, and maintaining materials needed for events/conferences
Bachelor’s degree preferred
High level of confidence in every aspect of Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign preferred, but not required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple project tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be proactive, well-organized, efficient, detail oriented, and flexible
Ability to travel to multiple locations throughout New England, reliable transportation
