CBT, one of Boston’s foremost design firms, is looking for a creative and articulate person to join our marketing department as a marketing coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a marketing team member in architecture or a related field. Our future team member must possess strong written and spoken communication skills, be extremely organized, and have the ability to manage time and priorities effectively. The ability to maintain deadlines is critical.
Primary responsibilities will include supporting the firm’s pursuit of new design work through the preparation of proposals, qualifications, and interviews. Other core duties will include maintenance of collateral materials, management/use of our image library, and active upkeep of the firm’s project database. CBT’s firm culture is supportive and collegial; projects are high-profile and diverse, requiring intellectual agility and a creative approach to marketing work.
Required: Proficiency in InDesign and strong writing/grammar skills.
Preferred: Experience with project databases, such as Deltek Vision and OpenAsset (but can be learned on-site). Degree in English, Communications, Marketing/PR or related field is strongly recommended.
