HFA has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Leader who wants to win and make a real impact in our growth in the New England market. We are an integrated design firm that unites a dynamic team of architects and engineers for the purpose of serving our clients.
The Business Development Leader will be responsible for advancing the growth of the office through key areas of responsibility, including:
Working closely with office and firm leadership in creating and implementing a strategic business development plan to position the Boston office for growth.
Develop and maintain client network with our business area. Represent the firm at designed local professional conferences and industry events.
Work collaboratively with the firm’s leadership to develop a strategic plan and engage with key individuals to develop prospective clients and existing clients into new design opportunities.
Participate in development of new business presentations, providing strategic client information gathered during research and market analysis.
Assist in research and intelligence gathering for potential client opportunities to better position the office to secure new commissions.
Collaborate with marketing team members in development of marketing materials.
