Find a mentor! The membership committee is rolling out an awesome mentorship program…stay tuned!

What is your favorite part about being a marketer in the A/E/C industry?

I like that I am selling a service, rather than a product. I’m selling a team and a culture and an experience, and that’s a pretty cool concept!

What do you work toward in your free time?

Raising an awesome, spirited and kind two year old girl 🙂

Why did you decide to join SMPS?

As a marketer new to the A/E/C industry I was looking for an organization that provided professional development/education opportunities as well as events to meet my peers at other firms. SMPS offered everything I was looking for.

What advice would you give to someone considering joining SMPS?

Join – and get involved with a committee. It is a great way to meet new people and take advantage of everything SMPS offers.

What is your favorite screen-time break activity at work?

I like to take a walk around Faneuil Hall or the Harbor Walk for a screen break. I am super lucky to have an office located close to both—there is always interesting performers and great people watching. I love to take a moment to get outside and breath some fresh air to get my brain feeling refreshed and ready to take on the next thing.
