The Exchange: SMPS Boston's Mentoship Program
We’re proud to announce the start-up of our revived and refreshed mentorship program for 2025-2026!
In conjunction with the Peer-to-Peer Coaching Network, The Exchange, SMPS Boston’s mentorship program, is a member-only benefit created to facilitate meaningful connections between experienced leaders and emerging A/E/C industry Marketing and Business Development (BD) professionals. The Exchange consists of small groups of proteges guided by the expertise of one to two mentors through the six domains of Marketing and BD excellence: Market Research, Planning, Client & Business Development, Proposals, Promotional Activities, and Management. For each of these domains, groups will spend one month discussing challenges and best practices while working towards job-specific goals and incorporating skills gained from the mentorship program. These groups will meet monthly, with a kickoff meeting at the start of the chapter year in September and graduation from The Exchange mentorship program in June.
The Peer-To-Peer Coaching (P2PC) Network
The P2PC Network is a member-only benefit and a true testament to the Chapter’s commitment to its members. P2PC is aimed at bringing members a more personalized and project-oriented coaching opportunity by connecting members that have faced similar challenges. With regular virtual events focused on relevant topics, our hope is that these conversations help members develop into the leaders they want to be and continue to transform business through marketing leadership, elevating the role of marketing in the A/E/C industry.
